    I've got a 2016 Pete 389
Today we were running through lots of slush/rain on the highway. The traction control kept activating and slowing the truck down. Then it would go out and we could speed up again...then another patch of slush would make it happen again.
Is there a way to de-activate the traction control in this truck?
On my 2013 KW, you just hit the switch and the light comes up on dash showing its de-activated.
From what I've read, that's how it should work in my Pete as well...but it doesn't.
I'd like to keep it available for icy conditions because it worked well for that last winter...but it would be nice to shut it off for times like today when it grabs hard and fast

Sounds like you need a real truck! Ha Ha Just kidding it sounds like maybe if the switch is not working maybe it is messed up or maybe a fuze.
