Yeah I said 379 they did stop in 2007 oops...389 & had but 110k on it when I climbed in, it's at 224k now. Seven paychecks: I'm pretty satisfied during this craziness. No startup is peachy tho. The lows , lost power my first week down the road. Turned out needed fuel filter and they changed both filters. Batteries , 3 new ones were needed- got them. Room For a fourth battery and I'll buy that myself for extra juice as I got my inverter in. Pretty good Petercar. I have been going in lanes where I ask to get to, and the new options for drivers Workin out well.

But how much are the payments? I heard somewhere they were like $1650 per week, is that just for the truck or all the fixed costs including the truck? And seven paychecks negative, or seven paychecks received? You said the truck had 110,000 when you got in it and now it has 224,000, surely you don't mean you've only seen seven paychecks in 114,000 miles, right?Dark_Majesty_06 Thanks this.

That’s it??
Mine burns 1.1 gallon every hour while bumped up to 750 rpm to bring up oil pressure.
That’s solo company driver pay.
remember idling the truck burns gallon every 4-6 hours.
Yeah!! I am making more somewhere else!!
Truck grossed a little over $5000 in a week, and I was home all but one night!
You’re being bent over the fuel tank, and loving it..
kuzima93, Crude Truckin', Lumper Humper and 1 other person Thank this. -
It's
I'll pull a settlement from last week.
2 loads only. Was pretty slow. 1900 miles. Not much dead head at all, maybe 70 miles trip to to reload. Def fuel deduction 36.00 , Diesel 600 in diesel and change give or take...
3400 to truck
2000 plates, bobtail ins. &take in all with fuels above ...
1400 to me.
It's not owner Op pay but you are not just a number either alongside being hired at will to go 65 mph for 650 miles in 11 hrs either...Dispatch and loads are not forced you get some choosin as opposed to a fleet or company where it most times is loads dropped off from seniority to you...
The choosins on loads right now aren't as good as they could be, noticing I'm goin where many OOs and other LPs go for the same loads...
A good week a few weeks ago the truck did bring in over 5 k and I did clear 2500 after take aways... Yeah I'll continue to haul ### for that and do the job.Nolelover61 Thanks this. -
Was that a typo? $600 for diesel in 1900 miles ran? Then again I guess that's not too terrible for a square nose truck.HardwareHyena Thanks this.

That truck should gross Atleast $5k a week most weeks , or it’s not worth it. Our trucks do $6k a week most weeks and home everyday , most days . We’re also loaded one way and come back empty. We haul heavy with an overweight permit and probably average 4.5 - 5 mpg though.HardwareHyena Thanks this.

Yeah man it's best ride ever had and I had some #### in my career. Did like the white gmc tho in 2001 was a 92 that I had was fastest truck but this is nice and making some coin.
-
I add that Edwards injector cleaner , get a little bottle and shoot about 20 oz each tank evry so often, did notice some Savin. The display says I'm getting 5.5 mpg but ahhh 5.1 5.2 more realistic. I won't save any running the freedom highway no more neither , I68 70 to avoid the toll. No way...

How old are you, it's spelled THOUGH, not tho. Drives my old AZ crazy reading that.....

44 -I use that tho because I am beginning to put as much effort in grammar as other drivers do looking out for us LP and fuel payers... Copy
