Trailer reroofing

My Wabash 2008 roof start leaking due to cracks developed along the both sides. Aluminum is slightly floppy and wind destroying roof.
How much do I have to expect to pay for re roofing or is it any cheaper solution.

I didn't look at image in post above.
Can you just use some roof flashing and screw it in place with beads of caulk between roof and flashing.
