Transferring a CDL to Delaware

    Is there anything involved with transferring an existing CDL to Deleware, from another state, other than filling out the paperwork and fees?

    I got a hold of one gal at the DMV when they finally answered the phone...but she didn't make me feel too confident .

    DMV is the best bet since the rules can change. Either call again to see if you get somebody different or just visit a DMV and ask.

    When I moved from PA to MD all I had to do was fill out a form, pay a small amount to extend my license since MD has 8 year licenses vs PA's 4 year, and get a new picture taken.
