Oh my gawd.

 

Speaking as a customer of theirs (I've probably done 5-10 loads a year with them every year I've been a broker) they do good work. Their drivers are decent on average. I've had a few random issues on their loads, but nothing too serious. They never blindsided me when there was a problem and that's what really matters.

 

From what I've gathered from their system, the problem isn't so much a problem for the customer, but rather a potential tar pit for the O/Os, starting with an operations center that is out of country.

 

I don't know. I've talked to a lot of their drivers over the years and they mostly seem happy. The reality is that you get what you pay for and Traveloko isn't expensive.

Idk if it still is but I heard Lil dawg's llc was in default last year for a while. The one I've. Enjoyed watching last year was trucker logic. He was going after several you tubers last year in 3 min clips... it was funny as hell even had conversation recording from them..lol
