Great company to drive for, I've been here since Memorial Day week. I have no complaints.

That is no doubt. Why anyone goes for that is beyond me.

Another way to screw the driver

Have they increased their pay scale ?

At 39 cpm the drivers are making that native american woman very very wealthy. No wonder she is friendly to the drivers.

I've just started with tribe and in the thirty plus years I've been a driver this company is the worst experience I've ever encountered, they have very poor maintance practice, there is absolutely no since of order with the office structure, meaning too many chiefs not enough Indians and in one day on one issue I've heard 5 different orders from five different people none were the same and one had no idea about what the other had said, yet they all work in the same office. Now how confusing is that.I've been with this company three weeks and I've barely covered 1200 miles and it's less than that.I've been broke down now four days just on one trip and have only driven 236 miles in the past week.In total I've been broke down 7 days completed one load and laid over 4 total days.I spent in one day from 10am till 7:30pm that night switching from one truck into another cause of major issues with each truck,by the end of that day I ended up in the present truck I'm in now,was 3 hours late picking up my load that evening and the truck was out of fuel, close enough that for 47 miles I drove with the red light on.Bottom line my personal experience has been very diappointing and I deeply regret every considering driving for this outfit.Action speaks louder than words, and the actions of tribe, as well as lack of, out weighs the words they have spoken to me throughout these past three weeks. They are unprofessional and very disrespectful towards a driver which they knowingly placed in this position. They may have a fancy office yet the parking area for trucks and trailers is about the size of a fast food parking lot without the building and there is no shop for there mechanics, they work out of the back of a signal axle city truck out in the weather.Yes they do have nice equipment yet without proper upkeep it doesn't stay that way for long.the truck I'm in sat on there property for two weeks before I even filled out a application, also one of the guys I was in orintation with was assigned this very truck and refused it because of the popping noise in the front bed,I went to Dallas to recover a t680 for tribe and was gone a week and still they never repaired this truck I'm in now.Bottom line this company has issues which are caused in a big way by themselves.Lack of experience.or lack of care, either way there are far better trucking jobs than this one. There is absolutely no excuess for trucking company to ever place a driver into a unsafe tractor.4 days solid in a shop proves this point to be accurate and the fact that I was in the shop three days with that t680 and once returned to ga is now in the shop, changed into 5 different trucks in one day and now again broke down.Sad as this is it's a reality I've been enduring now for three weeks.
