Was hoping for an update on this one today. Looks like I'll have to wait a little longer.

My truck pulls to the right in the right lane and to the left in the left lane. The roads have a slight grade to shed water.
If yours is severe I'd just go pay for an alignment if they won't and keep resubmitting the receipt every week. New trucks are out of whack some times. Your steers should start to show uneven as well.
Just keep bringing it up with the shop. -
I think he did right. Hopefully safety pulls through for him.icsheeple Thanks this. -

The answers some people come up with for a problem... smh.icsheeple Thanks this. -
When I worked for Werner, I remember one of the mechanics at the lithia springs, Georgia terminal told me the company trucks are specced to pull to the left for safety reasons, just in case you fall asleep at the wheel... So when your stupid driver passes out during his 10th hour of driving, then starts careening towards the opposing lane into many cars & trucks coming right at you, do you think anyone involved is safe? That's not safe at all, jack wagons!
Bottom line is, a truck that pulls is not safe, and it puts uneven wear on tires. Glad you're getting it fixed! -
Mechanic must have told you left instead of right. -
Get it adjusted slightly to the left.

Get an all axle alignment, that's what it needs, the idiot mechanic sounds like he only did the steer axle and that's all.
Any mechanic who says its done for safety needs to be fired and his license revoked, that is a dangerous thing to have to deal with in a loaded truck.
