I didn't notice any Placards on his trailer, only on the totes or whatever you call them. My guess is that with no Placards on the trailer those things are empty

Yeah I think you're right the placards have to be attached to the trailer itself to count.

    Size matters with placards.

The ones on those containers are the same size as the ones that would be on the trailer itself, and if they're visible from all four sides, he's legal there.

He had quite a few of those on there, so I have to wonder how close he is to the maximum allowed transport index.

This is not correct. For placards to count they can't be on the piece being shipped or tarps. They have to be mounted to the trailer. I made some holders to fit down in the stake pockets just for this reason.

    HalpinUout Thanks this.

I don't see any on the rear of the trailer.

    I missed that.

Certainly a big problem if you're right.

    Did some hunting.

    First I found this...

    ...And then I found this.

Class 7 must be an exception.

In either case though, they have to be visible from all four sides.

More trucker bad behavior caught on tape, this time 3 trucks exceeding the posted speed limit to get around me.

scottie really needs to change professions he obviously needs to be a cop.

Apparently he thinks truckers are terrorists.

"Illegal speeding trucks passing the 55 speed limit dangerous murderous terroist truck drivers."

If people didn't hate truckers enough as it is, he wants to encourage more hate.

Hopefully they take vengeance on JCT truck first.

Scottie misses the good old days when he was hall monitor and could turn in his fellow students and get a pat on the head from his teacher.
