    I have a pre emission truck. Went into Cali, delivered, idled for 2 days, then got loaded and left. No one shot at me or anything. They probably couldn't see me through the black cloud of smoke. Is there some kinda punishment for doing that or are these carb laws put more into effect for large carriers.
