York NE today, can’t imagine why Walmart is getting tired of trucks parking at their stores.

Greensboro, NC, Wendover and Bridford Parkway, wailmart, used to be NO TRUCK PARKING signs in 2000 decade......signs eliminated apparently due to no one "paying attention". Signs up and down since.
Unknown if any vehicles were booted.
Large trucks still park yet furthest away from entrances, also on side and back of building, never saw any like Post 42.
Sam's Club just East of Wailmart. Some Combo Parking.

I randomly parked, when OTR, just for quick Shopping at various wailmart locations yet furthest from entrances and not overnight.

While I’m on the road I try to restrict my Walmart visits to stores that have designated parking for trucks or that u know for sure allow for parking. I avoid parking in any of their stores overnight. One thing that does infuriate me is when go into a designated truck parking store I see the garbage & waist being left in the parking lots and carts. That’s why we get banned from these places because of these lazy scumbags.

CamScanner 01-26-2022 06.19.jpg Attention Fellow Drivers

Do NOT park overnight at Walmart Irving, TX

1635 Market Pl Blvd, Irving, TX 75063

They're booting out truckers. Drivers must pay $244 if they don't want to be towed.

    My story:

I have a 8am delivery today at Irving Honda. I arrived here at 4:30am. Just needed 2 hours stay. I would've left by 6:30am

Within 30 minutes, I got booted and Fined. Yes, it's a private property. They don't have signage at every entrance. Policy makes NO sense because they allow RV and 4 wheelers to park. There were at least 200 cars and 2 RVs parked.

Walmart should have this info. available online if truckers are allowed parking. I can't call management at 4am.

It's already horrible driving in Texas and now I got booted and fined. Texas drivers are worse than 3rd world anyways. I'm planning to switch to every day home runs. I sacrifice my sleep, my home time, my family time, I get paid ###### wage by mile that doesn't cover ON-Duty hours. My time is wasted at shipping/receiving. I have to go through all the bunch of regulations and ####. I get cut off by every frustrated small ##### 4 wheeler of Texas. Sorry about the rant. I had too.

It's no surprise most experienced drivers are quitting.

I know. I imagine there are a lot of drivers quitting because they can't trip plan and rely on other people's property to fill in their deficiencies. Or the people that can do their job and something as simple as calling the location you are planning to use to see if it's allowed have no problems.

Simple fact it too many truckers are pigs that think nothing of defecating on a private parking lot. Not to mention any other bodily fluids. Thanks to this it can never be assumed that just because a rig fits, it's ok to park there.

You were caught up in a Towing Company scam "Dallas County Parking Enforcement" is NOT a Dallas County or government entity.

Now that it's attached to your truck it's your property. Have at it!

Sure enough,I think the county government might take issue with some private entity using their name to boot trucks.

I contacted police right away. Officer was aware of this "boot and fine" procedure. Officer said, it's a private property and I must pay.

If you're booting truckers than you must have big signs at every entrance. And why only pick on truckers? If truckers aren't allowed than nobody else should be allowed either.
