    That’s because most of these drivers let their trucks idle all the live long day,and these emissions trucks don’t like that. Some of them let the trucks idle while refueling,all that does is wear down emissions components even further and rack up hours on the engine.

    Some fools don’t understand the meaning of..hot exhaust keep items away too…it don’t take much to ignite something at 1100degrees..

    On average about one truck per day in the US spontaneously combusts due to DPF issues.

    I let my truck idle while fueling because I'm more interested in protecting the expensive turbo. It's never been idled overnight though (apu) and usually gets shut off after sitting 5-10 minutes anywhere it's stopped.
