    I wouldn't say they are doing this instead of working on other legislation...they are doing this because nothing else will pass. The bill that eliminates daylight savings that everyone was hyping earlier in year won't even pass.

    Maybe I'm partial after reading Ron Chernows book about Hrant, but he deserves it just as much as Washington...completely underrated.
