You made it very clear in this post that 5months wasn't more or less sufficient enough to be speaking so highly of running my dot numbers again.
An yes, I made the new entrant comment because you're speaking to me as if I didn't know the roses aren't always a pleasant smell.

An to answer this:
What I learned at mercer will last as long as their is a need for a truck.
There wasn't any secrets or magic involved. What I learned allowed me to do my job more proficiently.
One thing I became better at was planning my days an weeks out. Because I was so used to getting up running a load every day for a particular customer there was no need to plan things out. Just get up go run the load an go home.Lucar Thanks this. -
I don't think @skateboardman was trying to insult you or belittle you at all. At least I didn't read it that way. It came across to me as he was generally being helpful, advising you to re-evaluate what you learned and how it applies every 6 months or so. Things constantly change and what works today may not work tomorrow.
Lone Ranger 13 and rickybobby Thank this. -
razor, exactly, sometimes one tends to drift back into previous habits after a bit , unless you reevaluate things every so often. but its obvious he knows everything, i am beginning to find it odd he ever came to mercer to begin with, one would think since there no secrets or magic and it was so simple, he would have already known all that.

I'm glad things are working for you. It's good that the agents are still working with you and that you could take something positive away from the whole experience. I wish you continued good fortune and would love to hear your thoughts again in the future. Thanksjacquesi23 and 77fib77 Thank this.

One thing I can always count on is you giving a level headed opinion/response on things. No sarcasm, no invisible darts thrown....just a neutral response from a person of understanding.CJndaTruck Thanks this.

I totally took it as an insult because even though my post was filled with neutral opinions he still found a way to make it seem like it was a not so smart idea to leave an basically said in so many words "let's see where you land in 6 months"
As if I had said something wrong or I was NEW to this. My thing is don't try an get personal when you don't want a person to respond personally -
Another day I'm above dirt my journey continues tomorrow
Highway Sailor Thanks this. -
