First year you have 2500 deductible per person on insurance, second year you can drop to 1500 deductible. Runs me about 160 a week for family coverage.Last edited: Jul 19, 2016

Not to dispute Ethos. I am just a regular company driver, not Elite Team. Money has been mostly good, my 2 biggest issues at this point have been tractor issues/maintenance (should be gone soon as they are going to lease new vehicles and get rid of these old Maverick trucks) the other issue I have is with pre planning. Almost every terminal I have dealt with is scrambling to find you a load out after you arrive, which as you can imagine leads to sitting, which leads to lost money. My terminals operation manager actually said to me that "if you haven't figured it out, most branches are worse at planning than we are" let's just say that didn't engender a great deal of confidence.
