Update Time

He is very fit and healthy, for sure. Not in a gym rat sort of way, just healthy and active lifestyle. He's never tasted alcohol, never smoked, hasn't even tried coffee. He doesn't even drink soda. He takes home cooked food in the truck along with fresh fruit and salad fixings, boiled eggs, cheese etc. and avoids truck stop food almost entirely. I'm 53 and he can run circles around me, but I've seen him outwork men half his age, them huffing and puffing from exertion and him not breaking a sweat.

 

There’s no reason to disparage the man on a public forum.
