Statements can be made by anyone at anytime Thomas. We dont have to explain to you. I can be vague if I want to be. I can also be "Naive".

 

Here's to the open ended statement! The adversarial comment, the ability to completly unhappy with the place your working. Being completly vague and naive while contempt ooozes from the type. Here's to the wordly and wise!

 

I will always stand firm in my belief of this statement,if you dont like working for Usa go get a job somewhere else.Lots of companies out there.Really not that hard.Just fill out an application pass the necessary checks ie background,pyhsical,driving record,etc etc.Life is short why continue working for someone when its more than obvious you dont like working for them?

 

Has anyone checked usa truck's safety stats? Here: csa.fmcsa.dot.gov

 

yes sir,i think someone had a thread started earlier on that.They are not very good in some areas if i remember correctly hos issues and driver fatigue were the two that stood out

 

I would tend to agree, some but not fully. There is nothing wrong with venting. However I think the main purpose of these threads is information, not company ### kissing or negative baseless charges either. USA Truck is not the worse company out there and it's not the best. It's just at it's heart a starter company with a high as hell turnover rate with a lot of unhappy trapped for a year drivers. I spoke to my USA Truck trainer Saturday night (make that Friday night), he told me 2 trainers are working out notices because of lack of miles. Both men have 5 plus years as trainers and over 10 years experience in trucking. I wonder who will replace them?
