i went to get the truck that was assigned to me#1538 it had a bad inner seal it took 2 mechanics to fix it and took them 2 days they get more breaks than they work it was a very dirty truck inside and out and i talked to them after i did a truck inspection it has 4 bad brake drums with high spots and low spots means 50% braking they say DOT cert. but not safe i will not kill a child or another person on the road because i cant stop i never took this truck the term. mngr. cuts corners to save money so at the end of the year he gets his 30,000 dollar bonus DOT will not destroy myCSA score because of USA and their bad SAFETY score and records the term. mngr. lied to me straight up i walked around the yard and found steer tires on their trailers most of their trucks have miss matched tires their mechanics are low end they cut corners on safety and the driver who compliments this company has never done a real inspection on any of his trucks i talked with students and 5 year veterans of USA and they all say if they did not have to pay for their schooling that they would leave the 1st week after what i heard from drivers that i could train all their driver better than what they teach their students if i had any say in it i would have FMCSC go into USA truck and do inspections on their whole company and surprise inspect all their trucks and their shop mechanics USA needs to clean house on forest park ,GA everyone orientation john stolle is fat he needs to have a sleep apnea test done to retain his job and he dont teach nothing he talks about when he drove for schnieder his experiences they have no idea about safety at that term. the lady who checks your app. will not talk to you after orientation you are nobody to her she uses the drivers free laundry to do her own in their driver break room and im not a child so when i give the term. mngr a good answer he likes he gave me a tooth brush i live by and instill safety with everyone i wok for in trucking because the DEATH OF A CHILD is not going to happen when i drive because of safety neglect by USA or any other company i have not had a ticket since 1988 i have not had an accident since 2004 i am a safe driver and i do my pre-trip and post trip every day and i inspect my truck during every trip yet i see alot of drivers who do not and its a simple walk around exercise i can say i can teach anyone how to be a very safe driver any day or night of their life but USA cant because if the term. mngr dont get his bonus then he will not make their trucks safe and thats wrong money over other peoples lives is wrong

if USA trucking is so good of a company then they should put their CSA scores out there for all drivers to read and then let the drivers decide whether or not to drive for a company who will make a drivers CSA score so bad that they cant get a job any where else over all the facts still stand that if you drive for USA you will be pulled into weigh stations and will get inspections full blown inspections because they have a bad CSA score and the driver will be pulled in twice a month and thats a guarantee management dont care about you when it come to anything in this world C.Y.A. and if their management cared about their drivers then safety should be number 1 on their minds but their CSA scores tells all that safety is the least thing on their minds money is their number 1 priority team means it starts at the bottom and goes up from there it starts with the driver who is team captain and management is at the bottom because in order for you to run a successful business you have to be able to give the bottom person as much respect as the owner if you cant then management will never get a company to be the top company we all work to have a good life but if people always go out of their way to say that because they are manage ment and they are better than everyone else they will try to destroy everyone elses lives but when you the management are at home and you need some ones help in any situation and people know who you are and refuses to help you do you get a gun and shoot them no! so why try too kill their happy life at work and can you say that you beieve in GOD when you treat others badly when you cant turn the other cheek because you are management but when you are on the streets with everyone else you are not a mngr. and you treat people differently then you cant say that GOD wants you to do this because if you did then osama bin laden is your father and you are creating a holey war on your own as he did

From what I gathered your not a fan of USA. But really, manager's participating in unsafe acts just to pad a bonus......sorry, I call BS on that point.

No kidding on the punctuation. I normally don't criticize posters on here but honestly if this gentleman speaks anything like he types, it's no surprise that he was treated childishly.
My questions for him would be - After driving for 22 years, why pick USA Truck? What happened to your last gig? Also, if you know waaaay better than the mechanics and managers, why are you still behind the wheel?
Sorry, not trying to be rude. I just feel that if I had that level of experience, I would not be applying to a firm with the reputation as a "training" or "starter company." -
Where did you see that the driver has 22 years experience? I thought I saw 8 years experience maybe that meant 8 months? lol
The guy has some valid points I just wish he was a been a little more clear in his explanation of why he was so upset. -

Well I saw the no tickets since 1988 and no accidents since 2004 and just assumed he meant truck driving. He wasn't exactly clear on it but the impression I got was that he had at least a decent length of experience. What with his statements about expertise in safety, maintenance, and pre-trip, he should probably just go to the state police academy. Obviously USA Truck is not worthy of his employment.
I'm with Green though, I kinda skimmed through his two blogs as it got kind of mind numbing to read. -
Donalddarling i call bs on you.2011 one dot inspection for the whole year in Mississippi.No violations no warnings.I never get pulled into scales as you stated.You have not had a accident since 2004? Wow i have not had one since 1993 guess that makes me a even better driver than you.Post some hard facts on here like the forms that you fill out daily showing all the things that are defective on your tractor and trailer when you do your pre trip and post trip.the same forms that you sign each day when you complete on a daily basis.One weeks worth would be sufficent.

To start with USA Trucks CSA scores are posted. Nobody forces you to drive an unsafe truck. If said truck is unsafe and you are being pressured to drive it call safety asap. I'm with the other guys about your sentence structure.
