USDOT - Okay, MC# Not Authorized?

Good morning/afternoon

I have a question that I cannot find a solid answer for and was wondering if anyone had experience that they can share.

I just applied for a USDOT / MC# on May 1 2024. EIN Applied on the same date as well. The USDOT # is active and I just got the MC Docket number earlier this week. I already have the required insurance but I am a new set up (New Insurance / new corporation). I also received the 2 paper mail letters from the FMCSA explaining my requirements in order to get authority (Ie Insurance, BOC-3, etc etc)

My agent called me saying that the MC is not authorized and thus they cannot submit that required insurance paperwork for the FMCSA. I have already set up BOC-3 and UCR, just the drug test component left. I check saferweb and it does show "Not Authorized" under Operating Authority Status.

Here is where I am stuck and the time is ticking...
