    @road_runner seemed to have a pretty tough time with them in Montana, but it may be a different ball game at a bigger yard like you might be applying to.

    The barn I worked at in Three Forks, Montana was absolutely chaotic. Our TM was based out of Missoula (until that guy got fed up with his job and switched to being a sales rep) and then they moved the TM responsibility to another TM that was based out of Great Falls. He rarely made a appearance and instead delegated all the responsiblities to our racist lead driver. It was a nightmare working there .

    From what I heard, the Billings and Missoula barns werent much better . I know the dockcrew in Missoula mutinied and walked off the job and then their operations supervisor killed himself. This was right before their TM (who was a harda**, but at least fair) also threw in the towel.

    Individual experiences will vary. I know some barns function better than others. Give it a whirl if you are feeling adventurous.

    They are one of the few ltl companies I have talked to that pays overtime after 8 hours

    A friend of mine worked at the Sparks NV barn for 8 years. Nonunion but he made good money.
