I talked to a VW driver last week at Sysco long island and he lived in one of the Carolinas ...showed me his driver facing camera too ..yuk .

They can keep the driver facing camera. I don't need a babysitter

 

I really hope they rethink this. Seems to be really hurting them for existing (no longer) and potential drivers. I don't blame them [the drivers].

 

Really ? I talked to Tim last month and told him I was thinking about coming back and he said they have a waiting list .
I found a better job so never have checked back .

 

Not trying to be a prick but bruh the same questions you've asked over the last 5 years the answers is still the same... and to answer your question again, yes you'll get home and no you rarely do any unloading if so you will get compansated

 

They've had em for the last year and they still got guys whom haven't left yet and steady having new hires so I don't think the cams are going anywhere.

I would've considered going back to em a couple of years ago after my truck broke down but they had went all Autos, that made me turn them off more than anything.

 

It's getting ridiculous with these companies(even small ones) and these stupid Orwellian "driver cams".

 

I go to virginia in a couple days and was wondering about hiring process. Do we do paper work first? Do they do hair or urine drug screen? How long will u be gone with trainer b4 u get your own truck? Just curious about the hiring process. Thanks for info.
