    Except the fact that I had an 0300 delivery before that and was less than 5 minutes from my next pickup, 3 hours away from that delivery.....

    The only way her light would have been red is if your side had a green arrow to turn left.

    But even that shouldn't matter. You're supposed to yield to oncoming traffic when turning left on a green light that isn't an arrow.

    I'm not buying into this "the truck driver is always guilty" crap. "Professional" or not, rules are rules, and this knucklehead you encountered broke them. This was NOT your fault.

    What I'm kinda confused is, if you were doing less than 25mph, how much rubber did u left on the road? She must be blind to see you coming if u didn't have no time to react. Insurance scam? Sometimes these people are not the brightest

    I almost nailed some idiot today staggering all over the median on US-13 in Salisbury. :confused:

    No license. Isn't it possible she just had no idea how to drive/is a complete moron? Sounds like a classic case of that to me.

    Not your fault at all. And go get a dash cam. They're like $100 and you'd never have to worry about #### like this again
