Can anybody with a Verizon plan or using another provider using Verizon coverage tell me if you can get a signal in Charleston WV or any where along the WV Turnpike. I'm using Sprint and cannot use my phone in that area.

I use Verizon month to month plan, yes mine works in that area also. I was with Straight Talk for 10 yrs, then they just went bad on Sims card, it would die out of the blue. I got a S4 Verizon at Walmart with the Verizon month to month card, love it, I can tether it to my laptop if it choose, talk on my phone and surf the Web on it same time, of course parked and on break when doing so, but so much better. I use the $60.00 per month plan, works best for me.

If you got a newer phone you might have coverage.
I had zero coverage with my verizon note 2 out in that area. My s6 gets better coverage but i haven't been over to the east side. My note 2 also only worked in half of oklahoma.
Tehcnology changes and you need newer phones to handle the newer technology.rocknroll81 Thanks this. -
I ran the WV turnpike a couple of weeks ago. I have Sprint. Coverage was so so. In and out. Where Sprint didn't cover, roaming took over.
