Volvo Bunk Heater Error Code location?

Not sure there are error codes on the bunk heater. It's a separate unit from the truck, in a sense, and I don't think it is part of the computer system. I'm not sure it even has any computer system controlling it. If the sleeper berth panel, where you control the bunk heater, doesn't give any kind of error codes, I just don't think they exist. However, I'm not sure. I have a VNL760 and my bunk heater stopped heating, no codes anywhere. I just took it to our shop and they fixed it. It was plugged up with hair.

 

Mine has a green light wired to the heater unit under the bunk. It blinks a certain number of times to indicate which error it is having.

 

Is this an Espar? If so take it to Thermoking or Google how to fix it. Tons of info out there on camper/boat forums. I just recently bought a Digimax controller for mine to separate it from my APU and the new controller will give me all sorts of codes the TriPac won't, I just haven't wired it in yet.
