This question came up in a meeting today. You can be terminated if you get hurt doing something outside of your job description.

 

What is step two?

 

Steps are like demerits I guess?? You get a certain amount of marks for breaking rules...after a certain amount of marks, you get a step. After a few steps, you are terminated. You’ll learn more about it when you get to your DC.

There's nothing like being on a step 2 to keep you on your toes, knowing the next time you screw up is the last.

 

I'm scheduled to be in Casa Grande next week. Anyone on here been there? What can I expect??

 

Let me also say that while i did fall afoul of some of the many policies they have when i first started i was always able to go in and talk to the GTM. The open door policy saved my bacon a couple of times so that's one policy i hope they keep.
