Overnight Management that aren't certified to use an electric jack but have plenty of time to sit and watch every pallet come off a truck... guess the requirements to be a manager at Wal-Mart are fairly low. Weird that almost every support manager ive run into is certified.

 

But the manager over here at another store said every manager has to be certified to use at least the electric jack but not the stacker. Guess different stores different walmart's.

 

I don't really care if they can operate a jack or not i would really like them to answer the #### door/ phone when it's 10 degrees out.

 

I typically don't get out of the truck until either someone answers the radio or the phone. If those both fail, I'll ring the buzzer to see if someone is back there. Haven't had to walk around to get in a store in a while.

 

Ha ha, good luck, i went to my first grass roots over twenty years ago and this very issue was brought up so they're still working on it.

 

Last week at my current job and I'll be in Bentonville on Sunday. Do you fly in to Little Rock and take a long van ride up or what? If they try to put me in a crop duster to land at that tiny little municipal airport they've got, I'm going home!

 

Hmm, XNA or WM international airport is one of the busiest small regional airports in the country that has nonstop flights from all major airlines and hubs across the United states.

Secondly if you're a new hire you won't be going directly to B'ville youd either be going to casa grande or Lauren's.
