so i found out today from a driver thats in laurens at that ebu meeting. that every driver will attend the trainning. it has nothing to do with you hitting anything. walmart is teaching a new post trip that must start on the passenger side.
Every new driver? Sending the whole fleet to one location to learn something seems really costly. It's kind of insulting especially guys that have been doing this a long time.
I don't understand why our opinions, as drivers, seemingly don't matter whatsoever. What driver would think this is a good idea? They teach pretrips in cdl school for beginners... not towards the top of the food chain here at Walmart transportation. I feel like they are killing the fleet ever so slowly.
he said ann wants all drivers to attend the ebu. thats new and current. plus you will be required start your post trip on the passenger side first.
he said walmart hired a outside company to audit the transportation office and there drivers. and pretrip and post trip had the biggest problems. he also said there was not just problem drivers but other drivers that never had a problem. there was 65 drivers that had time with wm. 12 current wm drivers hit trailers during the training
That was the general consensus last year when the bad decisions and new policies came out after telling us how expensive we were, thus starting a mass exodus of senior drivers. One thing I thought I'd never here though was B'ville admitting they were wrong.
What difference does that even make? Sometimes I get migraines understanding how foolish and unintelligent some highly educated people are
