Busy working and living. Working 7 days a week isn't that bad when your home every day

 

Are they offering a 7 day work week now ? I'd like to come back, too bad i'm on this darn old 7 day a week retirement schedule

 

I heard that Walmart does cell phone reimbursement....can anyone tell me how much?

 

And another question. My background checks have been completed this week, both criminal and employment verification. With the employment verification I was able to go online and see the report. It’s only for the past 3 years and one of the companies I worked for 3 years ago said I was ineligible for rehire. Long story short, family run company, father and son have fight and son splits. Both father and son had their own trucks/companies and ran them as one big company. When the split happened I went to work for the son, which is why the father is saying I’m not eligible for rehire. Still with me? Good....lol.

Will that affect my offer from Walmart? Everything else came back fine except for that one thing....basically I think that company is just being vindictive and I hope that Walmart doesn’t withdraw their offer because it. Let me know if I’m being paranoid please. Thanks.

 

Cell phone reimbursement? Never heard of it. What exactly do you mean?

 

Maybe I misunderstood...another driver I chatted with had said something about getting $ every month for “cell phone”. He could’ve been pulling my leg....
