I posted over $16, 000 net revenue on 5 settlements not just one. Also I didn't cherry pick a bunch of good looking settlements. Those are consecutive weeks from jan and feb the worst months of the year. You're in your 29th yr of your career so I'm sure you have a complete year to show but I'm in 5th year of my career and I just recently bought a truck so I can't show you a complete year. I do however feel the settlements show that the business is capable of netting more than 100k and I'm confident I've got you on pay, on hometime however its no contest. Now if I were to go to work for walmart your starting pay was advertised at 81k last I heard from an ad on Sirius and I've got that number beat by a lot. I'd have better hometime but I'd rather work arse off now make more while I'm at it and put the extra earnings to work for me so there is no 29th of year my career or a 19th. That's what having a business vs a job allows me the freedom to structure the business around me. If I want to add a truck, or get auth and a trailer, I can. Maybe one day I'll decide I only need to work 4 months a year never know. I can mold and shape the business to fit my needs you can't do that at a job. It allows me more flexibility than I would have with a job though to really reap the benefits it requires more work up front but that's ok I wouldn't want it any other way. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

The latest I've heard is that Walmart is planning and is already implementing their own fleet drivers for pu at shippers and del. to their own Walmart dc's accordingly, thus keeping everything under their own umbrella of their name. Don't know if that is going to be cost prohibitive for them or if it is just a few of the shippers, time will tell.

Would love to see that...they would have to double their fleet to match the amount of inbound OTR freight required to keep the DC's working....not anytime soon.
Would definitely be a little at a time & most likely only on dedicated D&H shippers, not produce from shacks in BFE like what we often bring them. -
