    Most of the stores closing are Walmart Express stores? I don't think I have ever seen one, so they must not be to popular. They tried something new and it didn't work.

    Amazon.
    First real competition wm's had in years.
    The express idea was too little too late.
    And.... the economy is nothing to brag about. Never fully recovered from the recession. Looks like we might be heading into another downturn in the cycle.

    They are about the size of a Dollar General store. They are placed mainly in small communities and mainly carry groceries.In other words,to run the local mom and pop grocery store out of buisness.
