After 17 years driving truck in oil fields got accepted for ltl position.I knew I would be taking a pay cut, while at drug testing facility waiting in waiting room to be called I finally put pen to paper and realized I would be taking a $ 2000 a month cut,so I left and called the TM and told him I couldn't do it.My question is did me walking out count as refusal or positive that will be reported and hurt me later on?
Was going Ltl

So its still a refusal even though it was pre employment? Will other companies that I might apply to later on find out?
