Doesn't take an MBA to realize LPs are a very very bad idea.

No I dont have an MBA. However, I took the time to speak with learned professionals at OOIDA and other trucking law firms to get my facts. I even managed to get my hands on an LP contract (one from a major carrier in Missouri) and show it to them. Basically the lawyer asked me at the end if he could sell me the Brooklyn Bridge for $140,000. Then he told me I would be out of my mind if I got involved in something like this. He then explained why.
