must be talking about Bland...I can make a delivery before I get there and be 15k under gross and still sit and wait for what seems like hours for my liquid to quit moving before Ill get the green light..

How about right here http://www.prepass.com/forms/Other Forms/Bypass Restrictions.pdf
Arkansas does too.
Again see the link above. There is no need to pull into a weigh station if you don't need too.T|2uck3r Thanks this. -
Tennessee will allow you to bypass if the ramp is full. -
Prepass trucks follow in cab signal
Prepass trucks follow in cab signal But if it say ok to bypass and I get a red light I still bypass and never had a problem
Va like many states have laws that state it is unlawful to stop on the should except in a emergency anytime a ramp is full I have never pulled on the shoulder I bypassed and have never been stopped for it.
KY has NorPass same as NC
I didnt see that in my books -
Better safe than ticketed. I think you made the right choice. I would have done the same thing.
-
No it does not. I live near that scale and pass it twice a day everyday. NO signs saying to bypass when full. Neither at Banning, Grapevine, Gilroy, Tehachapi, Red Bluff, Livermore, Rainbow or anywhere else in this state. Sorry.
-
Just finished a run between Denver and Spokane. Saw that sign, don't remember where. Think it was in Oregon.
-
I haven't been that way in years, but didn't Tennessee put the "ramp full at this point" signs up right after they did the "Ok to bypass full ramp" law?
-
I've seen those signs in many places, I just never took the time to note them...Much depends on how long the ramp is, some are very short and some are a mile plus...
