    I used to have one like that on an old 9400 International, was wired to AC compressor to make it run direct

    Well the first thing that I would do is look all around that truck and see if there's anything there that's not from the factory.

    Fog lights fan on the dash auxiliary lights in the back, heated mirrors whatever.

    Then I would get behind that switch and I would test to see if it has electricity going to it. Key on or off. Try to follow the wiring the best you can. If it is a black wire or a red wire look under the hood see if it runs to the fan clutch or to the air compressor. Or to fog lights or whatever else.

    If everything else on your truck works then you are not missing anything.
