If you can pack and travel well and they pay you right it sounds good. You might find a terminal you want to relo to, go location shopping on their dime.

We've been running the "air mobile fleet" for over 3 years. It's a combination of recovering abandoned equipment, supplementing areas during freight volume spikes, starting/assisting dedicated ops.
Most of the mobile fleet are hired out of Florida and we've just started Alaska.
Money is decent but very little consistency. You may use 6 different trucks in a 3 week tour, or may bounce system to dedicated and back - flipping sleep schedules to match.
Some guys love it. Wouldn't be for me but neither is broccoli.Toomanybikes, speedyk, milehunter43 and 2 others Thank this. -
