I shared your OP while in trucking school with a classmate that decided to go there. His decision was based on the fact that the school's owner CONSTANTLY talked about how great Werner was. He wasn't there 3 days and regretted his decision. He found no sympathy because he was warned..

 

OK, so.... the other drivers smell and are kinda losers. What's the "big Satan rip-off company" part about? I used to manage a fleet of trucks and I gotta be honest, your job as that logistics person is to save money any way you can. Some company's are a bit more miserly and employee shafting than others for sure.I personally became a truck driver so I would no longer have to deal with co-employees directly or daily. I'm pretty sure I will never get an ideal trainer. THEY ARE TRUCK DRIVERS! lol Having said that, what's the rip-off part of this rant again? You got sidetracked about ### fungi...

 

I do hope you meant "to make those trucks as productive as you can." Some would argue you it's only a semantic difference, but I believe it's much more of a differing philosophical mindset.
