Yeah, the only thing that really makes sense prior to acceptance now is Impossible Dispatch. Before the updates, trip planning worked well for me. Oh, well. We'll either figure it out, or complain so much that they put it back :)

Kinda wish the eta to next stop was bold and not optional, idk how they figure eta out but it's always cutting it close. Like in a perfect world where no traffic exist and the skies is always blue

They need to add a reason when picking up an empty trailer for "customer assigned empty trailer". If the system auto-fills the trailer number before you arrive at the location to pick up the empty, and its one of those locations that tells you what empty you can take (you don't get to just pick one) i.e. target, lowes, HD, etc., then when you change it to the trailer they gave you, the thing throws a fit and wants a reason why. None of them are applicable to this situation, but I've just been using "trailer not found".

ETA's are all computer generated, so ya, rainbows and lollipops in that world. Oh and Luigi gets to do the princess too

Found this out the hard way Monday night. Delivering at 2330, earliest I can get there, up in Maine. Not many truck stops around, less than an hour of drive time left. Opted to drop at Walmart and not get an empty until the next day, because finding somewhere to park a bobtail in the middle of the night is way easier than the whole truck. Wouldn't let me complete the workflow, sent in several messages, no response.

Caused my paperwork to be delayed until Tuesday, which passed the load cutoff. Should've been taking home about $1000 this week, now I'm going to be almost $600 in the hole. Really really annoying. They had better let me take my cash advance this week, cuz I ain't gonna starve for a week because of a paperwork screwup and their refusal to respond to my messages. I'll drop the truck off at the Dallas OC if that's how it's gonna be long term.

Not to be a #### but it's probably not a good idea going paycheck to paycheck on a lease.

Man all you gotta do is put some random BS into the MT trailer task box where you'd normally put the trailer number. Put BOBTAIL or TA000000 to SUCKITSCHNEIDER or something like that. Then call in a little bit before you're ready to roll after your break and explain that you need an empty trailer. I do this all the time, rather than fight to have the task removed, I just put something in the box and send a message (during hours when my ICA is around) or call in to support shift and tell them I need a trailer. Don't waste your time trying to message support shift unless it can wait a while. If its something regarding your pay, sometimes you gotta be proactive about it and do what you need to do to get through.

This happen to me this passed Monday. I always put an X in the box, if I'm gonna bobtail out of there or go home. Never had a problem doing that way. You have to get the green check mark to get paid for the job. Next time put an X in the box, then send a free form macro, explaining you did not pick up a box.
