LOL why not freaking $quadrillion dude? You need to get your head examined. Many owner operators don't make $200k after truck expenses and you want that for driving someone else's equipment?UP FRONT! LOL You are too funny!![]()
What a good pay to offer a 1099 driver per week?

50 to 55 is not good, that's only 42 to 46 approximately after taxes, now add in the lack of healthcare and workers comp. and just gets worse.
60 to 65 is only about 50 to 55 after taxes.
And again add in the cost of workers comp and healthcare and it's not all that great either. -
Doesn't matter where you live, the job is the same. Rates as one of the top ten most dangerous.diesel drinker Thanks this.

$20/month. No benefits.
If the driver is dumb enough to accept a 1099, he'll accept anything. Including the padlock on the chains that tie him permanently to YOUR truck.06driver Thanks this. -
I will take 1099, lol, what’s so bad about it?
-
1099 drivers can legally "tire trick" which is why they are not commonly a good idea.
I worked for a guy who would take 2 or 3 independent contracts per year and spend a few months swapping parts between loads.
He called this the "tire trick" but you can apparently pull 20k in exchanges within a few weeks.
Owner won't know until you've long since moved on. -
Ok so swap out good tires with worn out ones?
