if you are independent. You should carry your own workmans comp or an occupational accident insurance policy. I pay OOIDA 144 bucks a month for their mid tier occupational accident plan.

Have you ever heard of the U.S. constitution ? You should read it but more important know what it means. If you don’t think you have rights or have to ask if you have rights are you an American citizen ? As far as you being an o/o that is funny. I’m a company driver and if I don’t want to go somewhere I tell my company I’m not going there and I will not go there period full stop end of conversation. Once in a while I need to do that. What happens next ? Nothing. They just give me a different load and life goes on without any trouble.nredfor88 Thanks this. -
