What Determines if a Load is Oversize?

OH here is what your problem is with my videos.... I get this a lot. I had a whole group of truckers on another site signing a petition to have my license revoked with the FMCSA over my videos lol. People lose their minds over a guy using a handsfree video cam attached to their forehead talking to people who aren't there, but have no problem with someone using a handsfree headset with boom mic to talk to other people who aren't there. LOL

 

In the case of this thread/video I admit I didn't know and was asking a legit question. Now, today in Texas I saw two different oversize loads similar to this one but both had Oversize sign and flashing beacon on tractor and flashing lights on trailer. Maybe they were just being over and extra for Texas and/or running what they do in other states out of habit.

I have people from over 100 countries watching my videos, they are very interested in the American way of doing things. I do it for them and I do it for billions of unborn people 100, 500, 5000, and 5 million years from now, bless us if humanity lasts that long but they will be very interested in what life was like in 2017. My videos are a snapshot of real life right now. I got the idea from looking at an old yearbook style book with old 1890s photos in it. At that time and place those photos were taken I'm sure no one thought they would become historic or worthy of further study or interest. People call me names, people send me veiled threats but I keep making my videos because I enjoy it. It is a hobby for me and I feel it is a shame to see so much of this life and the 'videos' of my life being only in my head will be deleted from the Universe upon my death. So I document things.
