No, no, and NO.

Not happening.
Scottie stays, and the complainers will have to suck it up and get over themselves. End of story. -
There is an ignore icon can be clicked on. If not have a creative comment not a whining one.noluck Thanks this.

One thing I would caution you on that the guys are right about, is in your video it certainly looks even from your vantage point that you're right on the oversize truck's flank. How would you suppose that looks in his left mirror, in case he'd have to make a lane adjustment?Oxbow, cnsper, x1Heavy and 1 other person Thank this.

The freeway splits right in there. His side was slowing down pretty good, but my side was open. I saw that I was too close to his port side and backed off. I used my unit to block and protect his drivers side from traffic til the actual split.
If he needed to be in my lane that close to the split he was way in the wrong lane. I even said the words, "I don't want to be next to him as he's wide". I then backed off to his corner and said that is the same thing as two trucks 8'6" side by side on a normal day on a normal freeway. Only difference here is the freeways are about to split apart, I'd be in the slow lane of my freeway, and he'd be in the fast lane of his freeway.x1Heavy Thanks this. -
I wonder which driving school this driver attended?Blackshack46 Thanks this.

What about when some 4 wheeler decides to cut in front of him with no notice and slam the brakes. With you riding next to him and "blocking" you have removed his option for avoiding a collision.
You are not an escort vehicle. It is not your place to be attempting to block traffic. Pass or back off don't sit next to him. -
You mean give up his vantage point for the potential carnage to follow? NEVER!!!
TripleSix, Dye Guardian, Oxbow and 3 others Thank this. -
Ok, even two 102 wide semi's side by side is dangerous. Neither has an out in the event of an emergency. Add to that a wide load. You have to keep in mind all he can see is track. He can guess as to where the back of his trailer is, but can't see it. Also he had rear overhang. In the event something goes wrong, he has no clue how much he can squeeze with out hitting you. The best thing would have been to back off to at least the end of the boom.Dye Guardian, Oxbow, cnsper and 6 others Thank this.

And don't hate on us for pointing your faults out, when you are pointing out faults in others. Just saying, you opened this can.
TripleSix, Heavy Hammer, spyder7723 and 10 others Thank this.
