when you first started you need a place to start and the most time it has to be with one of the mega carriers because they will the one that hire new drivers but don't worry about it choose one of them and stick with it for at least 1 year or so and move on, they are all the same in a way or another it just different name, truck color and stuff.

You never know they could be legit. They could of just got a big account with a company and need drivers. Just don't expect the sign on bonus up front. Also most companies don't give sign on bonuses to rookies, but some will pay off your schooling. Trucking isn't all that bad once you get use to all the bending over you have to do. You get use to it after awhile, and the better driver you are. The less bending over you will have to do. Just know most trucking companies are ran by crooks. So always cover your tail. Give them a call and let us know how it goes.

Once you divide the bonus over a 2 year period, you'll find there's better companies with better mileage pay that outstrips the 'bonus'. They're basically a carrot in front of the horse for the uninformed. Just saying.

Well there's some hope for a few. Just knowing what you're getting into is half the battle. But whatever you do checkout all the other companies you can. That includes the ones that do not have ads everywhere you look. You get out as much as you put in. Those big low paying jobs are depending on you to take the easy way and sign up.
