Kinda late in the bison comments. But.

Lori worked at a local meat packing plant. All the local guys would bring bovines down for slaughter, butcher, packing. They’d unload em into a pen then they’d move ‘em one at a time inside and whack ‘em etc.

    Bison?
Yeah. One destroyed the kill floor. So they tried whacking them in the pen. Destroyed that too.

Told the rancher to kill ‘em in the field and bring ‘em down. No more live bison here.

They are wild animals and they are big.

Didn’t help though, now bunk works, blows ice, front don’t.
Does that mean it’s saying i have to stay in bed and not work?

Here’s a tip this old waitress told me years ago. If you cook a steak in a skillet , I use cast iron , get the pan real hot. Then put the steak in the pan. If fairly thick, I cook em about 5 minutes on each side. Set timer. When steak is placed in pan DONT FIDDLE WITH IT. Don’t poke it. Move it around or pick up and look at it. Flip it over and cook the same on other side.
    Works well.

Nice and cool this morning. Sitting outside drinking coffee.:coffee2: Thinking aboot firing up the grill
