    For those not familiar with that, you lean against the wall,slide your back down til knees are straight.
    Hold arms out infront of you as if your the chair.

    That's a ski racer exercise. Feel the burn.

    Motocross also. Spent hours doing that sure helped gripping the bike with your legs for the 30min+2 lap races

    And there in lies the problem. All the wind turbines are cooling the core faster than expected.

    I mean if the core is getting colder, then how could the globe possibly be getting warmer???
