Wasn't that one of the newisher ones? I recall it being freshly remodeled a couple of years back......

 

San Antonio......there was one on the east side of 37, pretty ok place, pretty crappy parking. That's the only one I can think of.
But, yeah, if it was that place, it was pretty cool. Really good food. But really bad parking.

 

Those "should be leveled" ones are probably the profit leaders. They will end up with the porta potty (no shower) trailers outside once the cost and availability of remodel materials and labor settles back down.

 

But, man, there seems to be a trend
