    So I am at an impasse within my own mind. I'm trying to decide how to tool the second sling that I'm going to put up for sale.

    I would like to do a scroll or floral pattern of some type because I can price it for more (And I could use the practice)... But at the same time I want the sling to sell quickly which would be more likely at a lower price, which would mean basket stamping or some other geometric.

    And to make it more difficult... The saddle shop takes 15% off the top of the sale... This means to get what I want out of it, I have to price it 15% higher.

    On the plus side, I'm hoping that getting more of my work out there will bring in more orders. And having some of my work in the saddle shop will definetally get more eyes on it... And the saddle shop will give me referals for custom work.

    Mom always carved her purses with the floral patterns.

    Dads belts where either simple geometric or plain.
