Okay, being off the road, I miss the 87 BBQ in Jackson, TN, and Nick's Catfish & BBQ in Carlisle, AR.

And I wish there was a Chester's Chicken closer to the house.....

I made a couple sandwiches ate one, next one was chewy.
I’m like, eh?

i threw it out, well, after eating a sandwich of it.
Only because i couldn’t smell/taste it, but it’s not supposed to be chewy, and ick.

 

I’m going back to Chicken flavor Raman.

I didn’t notice the big green circle of yuck until it got chewy.

 

Smart choice.

 

The chickens have rested and cooled. Just finished braking them down. Pulled off a wing and decided to taste test. Had to sit down for a minute. Not sure, but I think I needed a cigarette after that.

 

Now that’s some dang serious good chicken.
