We has moved the load forward 1,397 miles since leaving The Michigan Wednesday evening.

The OM has had her ice cream and is pleased.

Not really I read about it on NPR yesterday. Was a nested Sh*tShow. Many failures along the parade.

At least the folks involved did finally attempt to make the situation less worse. Would have been less worse up front if they were not running a circus act parade of a couple of dozen EVs along the same route all trying to use the same chargers.

And the circus has not been timid in pointing out that the lack of chargers is an issue for people taking road trips.

Personally I am not sure the gov't should be underwriting any of the costs of chargers. Those on the road are a private business enterprise and should not be an expense line item in the Gov't budget.

Her dad went over the handle bars of a 4 wheeler while in hot pursuit of renegade Corrientes that got loose the other day— thinking that I don’t have much to add that she ain’t already heard— which takes the pressure off somewhat

The best use of government power in promoting EVs to Save The Planet™ is to change all the zoning laws so that all new construction and any existing home that pulls a permit is required to install a charging station at the homeowner's expense. Once again, California has led the way in creating new, enlightened policy. It has been tremendously successful from what I've heard.
