This fine example of CEO language is a great reminder for me of why I will never again willingly work in an office. I don't like most of the people in that class. Can't always avoid them, though.

For example, last week my FIL and I went to a bar for supper and there was an affluent older lady sitting at the bar who engaged us in conversation. Iowa was winning the game on the TV. Turns out she's a doctor and a professor of medicine at Iowa. She made a point of telling me she got her degree at Berkeley and then her masters and MD at Iowa. (Really? What are you doing in Sioux City on a Saturday night?) Quick calculation puts her somewhere between 72 and 75 years old. Of course she wanted to know what I do.

    "I drive a truck."

    Awkward pause.

"Oh, well the world needs truck drivers! In fact, I think this is the week we're thanking all the truckers, and we surely need you, so thank you! And not just this week, but every week!"

Yeah, I'm married, you superannuated cougar. And you can leave my FIL alone too, honey.

Kinda of surprises me to see a factory built home rear ended.

Around here they move a bunch of them and those guys run 70+ in a state that has a truck Speed limit of 60.

All your negative waves ruined it.

Because of okiedokie's negative waves, we're back to doing local runs of bottled water.
