If you park at the Loves, you can walk to Sharis. I stumbled into that place and had maybe the best breakfast. Ever.

The prime cut from that story........

"Between July 2022 and April 2023, home prices in Austin fell by 10.2 percent, according to the Zillow Home Value Index, while the national decline was only 1 percent in the same period. It was the biggest decline in the nation, narrowly beating San Francisco's 10 percent fall, the 9.5 percent slump in Bend, Oregon, and the 9.3 percent drop off in Boise, Idaho. (notice okiedokie and Tramm extended habitats mentioned in this)

Prices fell faster in Austin in part because the market was among the most overvalued in the country. According to Moody's Analytics, homes in Austin were overvalued by 63.7 percent in the first quarter of 2022, the height of the pandemic housing boom.

"Because prices have been so high, there was a lot of room for prices to fall," Fairweather said."

Now I've done it. Had a feeling this might happen. Have to stop for a couple days to let right wrist recover.

On the bottom of the bottom drawer I saw something scratched into the wood. I thought what the heck is that. It was dads SS number lol ~ he got on a engraving kick at one point and engraved his DL or SS number on nearly everything in the house. Pots and pans included.

That's cool, obviously identity theft wasn't even known about back then....a simpler time.

Don’t think anyone is wiener shaming you. You can only work with what you have.
Think it may be more of a condiment choice. That’s a discussion you should have with your dining partner, on whether or not to use condiments, or the choice of condiments.

Today's genius. Was meeting this tractor and he turns right in front of me, except his gate was close enough to the road he had to stop on the road and open it. I was grossing 83k# and laying on the Jakes and brakes trying to stop, you can see the well drilling truck saw what was happening and got over as much as possible and stopped as well in case I needed the room. Dangerous farmers. 20231115_111932.jpg
