    I cooked them an hour and 45 minutes. First time with this grill, the temperature was a little lower than I thought. I got it hot and then cut off more air than I should have. They were good but I could have gone another 15-30 minutes to make them a little more tender. Plus I have to make sure I burn part of one for the missus because she likes meat best when it looks like charcoal. :biggrin_25512: Good smoky flavor though.

    Lately I have been trying finishing with a butcher paper wrap for the last part of the cook. Ever try that?
